This wine is 100% Syrah from the Northern Rhone. A steal at twice the price, this bottling is full of blueberry, blackberry, allspice, pepper, and tobacco. Cellaring is recommended but with proper decanting this wine will sing with T-bone Steaks, braised lamb shoulder chops, or simple pork chops.
